Submission Guidelines for Digital and di-vêrsé-city Print Anthologies
Early submission and regularly-timed submission for di-vêrsé-city print anthology: 6 x 9 format (0.75 margins). Approximately 60 characters per line including spaces between words, no more than 32 lines (one page) including skipped lines between stanzas, poet’s name and title of poem).
Times New Roman 12 font, 1.0 line spacing,
PDF or comparable file sent to Submittable following published guidelines.
Poets who submit one (1) poem for the digital anthology may submit another poem for the print anthology following guidelines on the submissions platform (Submittable).
Simultaneous submissions or previously published poems are acceptable with proper citation.
Special fonts, shape-poems, etc. cannot be accommodated.

Poems should be primarily in English. Words from other languages may be interspersed. If an English translation is used with the full text of another language, each language version should fit onto one page for a total of two pages. The editor reserves the option to use only the English translation.
There are no restrictions on subject matter or style except what is listed in these guidelines.
The editors have the right to judge content or language to be obscene or otherwise not suitable for publication in these family-oriented anthologies.

Parental/Guardian Release for K-12 Students
Parents must read the Submission/Attendance Guidelines and digitally sign the Release online, approving participation of their minor children in AIPF activities. When appropriate, another designated adult may approve participation.
